On Saturday there is a phone-service at our agency, so that we can answer to the eventual questions.

In case of complaints a record is taken, signed by the accommodating partner and the guest. We accept complaints until the eights day after arriving home and we react within 30 days.

A complain without a record and a confirmation on phone within 24 hours becomes ignored.
