Useful things to know, programmesThe general description of standard private apartments in CroatiaThe participation fee concerns 7 nights, the whole price of the apartment with self-board. The private houses are not farther than 500 m from the beach. The distances differing from this are shown specially at the given place. The deatched houses are generally 2 or 3 storey buildings. The apartments are separated, all with own entrances. Most private houses have a garden or park, some of them also a parking place. Bathroom, kitchen and balcony belong to the apartments. The furnishing is comfortable, proving the taste of the owners. Kitchens are well-equipped (fridge, dishes, cutlery). Living rooms generally have two beds (a folding sofa), bedrooms are 2-3 bedded. In some cases the spare beds for children are found in the dining-room. The apartments are not mechanized. We recommend you to take: towels, kitchen cloths, washing-up liquid, sponge, toilet paper, coffee machine. Our clients receive bedlinen without a deposit. The price includes cleaning up once a week.
Things to know about hotel accommodationThe particiapation fee is for 7 nights, prices are valid for one person with half-board, in a double room.
Whatever the category of the hotel is, the room is with bathroom with a shower or a bathtub. There is a further charge for the single room.
We cannot assure this type of room in every hotel. In Croatian hotels the spare beds are either of normal size or a folding sofa. Besides we cannot assure the total panorama of all the rooms with a view to the sea, because of lower floors or the vegetation. Most of the pools are loaded with seawater, the covered ones generally do not function in the summer.

What means of transportation shall we choose?Car: As the northern beach of the sea can be reached within 6-7 hours, this is the easiest and most convenient way. On the Letenye/Goričan (frontier) – Rijeka and the Letenye/Goričan – Split route there is a motorway. The speed limit is 50 km/h in the built-up areas, 80 km/h on the motorway, 100 m/h on the road for motor vehicles, 130 km/h on the highway. Speeding is strictly fined, cars parked in prohibited places are transported. We can reach the islands by ferry, except Krk, where there is a bridge.
Railway: between Budapest-Rijeka and Budapest-Split
Coach: Almost all Croatian beach town can be reached by coach. They leave from Budapest on Friday evening – passing more settlements – arriving to the beach towns on Saturday morning.
Minibus: of 9 or 16 seats is a real door to door service. We recommend it for those who travel to Istria and the Kvarner-bay.
Rent-a-car: If you use the public transport for travelling, you can rent a car on the premises. A credit card is necessary for this.
Ship: If your final destination is Mid- or Southern-Dalmatia, and you like a variety, we can take the ferry of Jadrolinija in Rijeka. Towns to be reached by ship from Rijeka are Zadar, Split, Hvar-Island, Korčula, Dubrovnic.
